This is a newscast covering the band performance on The Tonight Show (taped in the same studios as the Channel 4 News), and a brief interview with David. This clip is actually from new newscasts - the 11 am newscast with Kathy Vara and Kent Shocknet, and the 4 pm broadcast with Chuck Henry and Kelly Lange. The remote newscaster (and person who interviewed David) is Gordon Tokumatsu. The 11 pm news broadcast also featured a short story on the Tonight Show appearance, but used the same footage here, hence it's exclusion.
